Working closely with my data engineering team, I guided GLDN through a transformational data project that centralized data from disparate systems and enabled data-driven decision-making across multiple departments. We leveraged modern SaaS tools like Snowflake and DBT and introduced new data interaction opportunities such as LLM-driven data exploration to produce data products and enable self-service analytics that reduced time to insight by at least 50%.
